At our restaurant, NIKUMAN Hamamatsucho, we purchase a whole head of "Aso-oh" Akagyu beef from Kumamoto Prefecture and offer a variety of parts. Akagyu is characterized by its delicious lean meat and has a reputation for its tenderness.
